Low-calorie salad cocktail weight loss diet Simple and healthy

A cocktail of salad
Material: salt, 1 TBSP, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, olive oil, a little, sashimi, 1, 1/2 cucumber, cherry, 2, 1 tomato, some parsley.
Practice:
Will be 1/2 TBSP salt in the water, boil 3 minutes.Put raw fish in the salt water immersion to the water cooler, take out the sashimi.
